Recurve Bow Sights

To look at, all recurve sights have the same basic shape, but there are clear feature and quality differences between the basic and the top models. The features to look for in a good sight are easy adjustment, having the sight stay where you have set it and the sight being solid when set so that it doesn’t rattle loose. The higher-end sights will have more of these features and implement them better, but this doesn’t mean that you have to buy the most expensive sight for your first bow to shoot well! However, a very budget sight meant for club trainer bows might leave you feeling disappointed. The important thing is to get the balance right. Buying a top quality sight means you won’t have to upgrade in the future, but it’s more typical to budget for a sight that’s roughly equivalent to the quality of your bow.
