Chest Guards

It’s a myth that chest guards are only needed by women. Wearing a chest guard gives the archer a consistent surface to shoot off, regardless of the clothing they’re wearing. A good firm fit is extremely important for good shooting, as the area the string touches needs to be clear of any edges or braiding, to give a good clean shot without a clearance issue.
