By wrapping tentical wrap around your bow grip you do two things
1 Stops bow hand movement on your riser grip, minimising left and right shots.
2 Stops the hand getting cold from the metal riser grips of to-day.

Made of stretchy rubber it is wrapped under tention around the grip and tucked into the bottom., holding it firm on the grip.
